KoAm has many layers of support for the program participants. Our main office has staff who are available 24/7 to answer any questions and handle administrative task. Our branch office in Korea handles recruitment, training and management of exchange student’s natural families. In the U.S., within each area, KoAm Coordinators serve as the first point of contact for participants in the community with their physical presence. It is important for participants to know that KoAm has someone they can trust right there who can answer their questions and take care of needs and situations promptly. KoAm's Area Coordinators (AC) will make regular visits to see the students and families first hand and help in any areas as needed.
