KoAm's Area Coordinators (AC) are people situated in your area who work to coordinate the activity between the participants of the KoAm program; the exchange students, the school, the host families, and the community. The AC recognizes and agrees with the goals and objectives of all KoAm programs, knows the school and its school community very well, and has a servant mind to help all participants enjoy and benefit from this exchange. KoAm Coordinators are indeed the lubricant in providing a successful student exchange experience to all participants. 

KoAm has a few different coordinator designations according to the area they serve as follows.
Area Coordinator: Serving the area around where they live.
School Coordinator: Serving the school where they already work as school staff.
Regional Coordinator: Serving more than the one area where they reside.
Local Contact: Serving the local needs and emergencies with the supervision of the Main office staff

KoAm Area Coordinators are indeed the lubricant in providing a successful student exchange experience to all participants.
